born in 1985 in Portugal, trained as a cook in famous restaurants. In his constant quest for excellence, he really loves meeting local growers and farmers, and learning about their know-how with one goal in mind - combining authenticity and creativity. The chef was awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2017 and is a member of the Collège culinaire de France, a chefs’ association directed by Alain Ducasse.
