Nestled in the heart of Salies-de-Béarn, bordering the Basque Country and the Landes, the Restaurant des Voisins is in one of the town’s most illustrious buildings – a barn dating back to 1604 converted into a gourmet restaurant located on the rue des Voisins. Nelson Da Silva and his wife Audrey moved to Salies de Béarn in 2013 with a great deal of prior experience in the restaurant trade.
